Country workflows
Each country needs its own steps between the Stripe import and the send. Two things are worth knowing before you pick one:- Your tax ID must reach the invoice. Stripe only attaches your account tax ID when you set it as the default (see Show your tax ID on invoices). Without it, country steps fail with errors such as
supplier SIREN is required for B2B local invoices. - The regime comes from the supplier’s tax ID country. A workflow step for one country rejects invoices from another — see the FAQ on unexpected tax regime errors.

Troubleshoot import errors
- The invoice was not imported into Invopop because converting from Stripe to Invopop failed. Update the data in Stripe and click Retry in the Invopop panel.

Retry invoice
- The invoice was imported into Invopop but submission to the tax authority failed. Correct the invoice in Invopop and re-run a workflow that omits the Import invoice from Stripe step to avoid reimporting the original data. Typical causes include missing required fields or invalid field formats.
