Create a Billing Account
In the left-hand menu, click on Billing, then on Create Billing Account (top right). Name your billing account (e.g.: ‘Acme Billing’) and click on Save.

Add your invoicing information
Fill your invoicing information and click on Save.

Add your payment method and billing details
Once you add your invoicing information, adding a payment method will be enabled.Adding a payment method will take you to the Stripe page:

Add a subscription plan
With the payment method in place, build the subscription for your billing account. A subscription lets you create unlimited workspaces, and is made up of:
Billing period — pay monthly or yearly.
Pops tier — the monthly computing credits used to process documents. See pricing for what each action costs.
Countries — one country is included; each additional country adds a flat monthly fee.
Integrations — third-party platforms such as Stripe or Chargebee, each billed at its own rate.
Pro features — an optional flat monthly fee that adds chat and email support, unlimited users, audit logs, ISO27001 access, and removes Invopop’s watermark from PDFs and emails.
The estimated total updates as you make your selections. Add a discount code if you have one, then click Save.

Create your production environment (Live Workspace)
Once you introduce your payment details on Stripe you will return to the billing accounts screen. Click on Workspaces (in the side menu), then on New workspace. Assign a name, select the Live type and the billing account you just created. Click Create workspace.
Your production environment is now configured. From the Console, you should see your new Live Workspace in the selector (top left). If it doesn’t appear, reload the page. If the issue persists, contact us at support@invopop.com.
